Do you work or live in the European quarter or in Matonge? This involves you! The first edition of the Matonge-Europe Festival, a cross-districts Festival on the clichés on the difference, will take place from 05 to 09 June 2013 in this area. Its aim is to promote meetings between the users of both quarters. Over a period of ten days, several social events will be held : a freestyle football competition on the European Parliament esplanade, a modern ball, a parade, a debate on clichés, artists' exhibits, a photographic itinerary, performances, concerts, etc.
We are seeking motivated individuals who wish to take part in the project as an artist, volunteer, resident or other. This is the info meeting to attend !
An initiative by the Brussels-Europe Liaison Office, Commune d'Ixelles, Elzenhof (socio-cultural center), Kuumba (African house) and the dance company t.r.a.n.s.i.t.s.c.a.p.e.
