“Productive activities in the future should incorporate more sensitive rationality than the one incorporated so far, if we want them to be materially feasible. Projects and activities planning should be more functional as well on the emotional level, taking into account the vital needs of those they are aimed at. Women are prescribers of health, commercial counselors and image consultants. They are more intuitive and empathetic. For women to simply copy the roles usually taken on by men in conventional organizations designed for them would hardly realize their potential. It would be a real waste. When the organizations created by women can begin to compete openly and on equal terms with very old and rusty, arrogant and intimidating, and arbitrary organizations created by men who lack of legitimacy, life will be simpler, more rational and rewarding for all.”
